Casper's Cocktail


Halloween is here, and we are kicking the party up a notch with this frighteningly delicious cocktail! After the little monsters go to bed, it is time for the adults to have their fun, and this rich, decadent treat is sure to do the trick. Whether you are having a grown-up spookfest, or themed dinner party, this is the perfect nightMARE cap to end the evening!

Casper’s Cocktail is reminiscent of the classic White Russian, but with a twist. Using vegan soy creamer and the addition of coconut cream, it’s more like dessert in a glass! Don’t be fooled by the smooth blend- it packs quite a punch, but will leave you dying for more.

Casper's Cocktail {recipe}

Serves 1



  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka (vanilla flavor is good too)
  • 1 oz. Coconut Cream
  • 1 oz. Kahlúa
  • 2 ½ oz. Soy Creamer (unsweetened)
  • 1TB dark chocolate chips (optional for serving decoration)



  1. Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl in microwave (30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir)

  2. Using a clean finger, “paint” 2 eyes and a mouth to form a ghost face on the inside of a champagne flute.

  3. Chill flute in freezer while preparing cocktail.

  4. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker except chocolate chips, add ice, shake vigorously, pour into a chilled & decorated champagne flute.

  5. Serve!
